These terms govern the use of the BaiaKing server, client, website and community channels. By creating an account or playing, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1.The Service
BaiaKing is a free Open Tibia server run by an independent team. We are not affiliated with CipSoft GmbH.
The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it online, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, and maintenance, outages or loss of progress may happen without prior notice.
2.Your Account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secret.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- Accounts, characters and items belong to BaiaKing; what you receive is a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the game.
3.Rules of Conduct
By playing you also accept the Server Rules. Breaking them may result in the suspension or termination of your account, with no right to a refund.
4.Virtual Items and Donations
Virtual items, coins and perks have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Voluntary contributions help keep the server running and are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
5.Content and Intellectual Property
Tibia is a registered trademark of CipSoft GmbH. BaiaKing's own content — maps, systems, artwork and texts — may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
6.Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the rules. You may stop playing at any time and ask for your account to be deleted through our Discord.
7.Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BaiaKing and its team are not liable for any loss of progress, items or data, or for damages arising from the use of the service.
8.Changes
We may update these terms. Important changes are announced on Discord and on the website; continuing to play afterwards means you accept the new version.
